Whether you found the wrong switch type or simply changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the keyboard back in its original manufacturer packaging, including all keycap pullers, additional switches, and cables to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
